Hi everyone!

This week, we’re excited to share some holiday tips that can help boost your sales during the busiest shopping season of the year.

Whether you’re new to network marketing or looking to enhance your strategy, we have insights that can propel your November sales to new heights! Our goal is to equip you with tactics not just for the holidays, but also for any major company events or product launches. So let’s jump in!

1. Set Ambitious Goals For Yourself

Take the rank you’re aiming for and double it, because, let’s face it, November is a month of consumer spending. People are ready to shop, and it’s your opportunity to guide them to what they need!

Remember, your influence sets the bar in your business. If you communicate that reaching a certain rank is standard, especially during this period, your team will follow suit. It’s all about creating a mindset geared towards success. And if you don’t have a team—if it’s just you—that’s not a problem! All of these tips work for solo network marketers, too. But setting the goal for yourself, or you and your team, leads us to tip number 2…

2. Develop A Team Strategy

Having a team strategy is essential if you’re taking on big goals. Decide on a rank to collectively aim for and provide a clear path to achieve it. This could be through simple trackers that monitor customer acquisition or sales targets. Sure, there are fancy software tools out there that can help with this, but paper, pen, and a checklist work, too!

3. Set Your Team Up For Social Media Success

As all of us continue to hone our social media skills to drive reach, recruiting, and sales, it’s critical to make sure we’re equipping our teams with the right tools for success. It’s not enough to tell people, “go out there on social media and do the thing!” Instead, we need to give them a game plan and a variety of posts that will engage their audiences.

These are things like engagement posts, Facebook or Instagram stories, curiosity posts and storyboards—anything that will help spark conversations and interest in your products or services. These resources are vial for creating attention-grabbing promotions that compel people to inquire about your products and join your business!

4. Get Everyone On Board

As we entered this critical month of November, we made  it clear to everyone in our life that this is crunch time, with the promise of a rewarding December as a result of our hard work.

This month is about seizing opportunities. With everyone on the lookout for deals, if you effectively communicate your offerings, the sales will come to you. It’s a time to work tirelessly but remember that the effort you put in now will yield tremendous rewards later.

And it’s not just about convincing your team—involving your family in the process is also important. Our children, for instance, understand that by the end of the month, a special toy awaits them if we meet our goals. This not only motivates us but also teaches them about goal setting and rewards.

5. Be Determined And Have Fun!

Every day, we’re committed to moving our business forward, setting goals, nurturing team culture, and providing tools for social media growth—all while having fun. For those with special promotions, it’s time to sprint as if your life depends on it because a successful November can catapult you into a strong new year!

Approach the next 60 days with determination and enthusiasm. There are countless people out there waiting for your call or message. Be bold, bright, and assertive in your outreach. Remember, the more conversations you have, the more success you’ll see.

Stay proactive with follow-ups and extend invitations to team events or special promotions. The key is to keep the conversation going and not to worry too much about the specifics of each interaction. It’s about bringing people into your world and potentially gaining new friends or partners in your business!

We encourage you to reach out, connect, and make the most of this time. Let’s make it count, have a fantastic day, and remember that we’re all in this together. Take care, everyone!
