5 Tips to Get Customers to Love You and Stay With You

As a business owner and network marketer, you KNOW that customers are the life of your business. It is so important to deliver not just customer service but, customer CARE. This post will give you tips to get customers to love you and when they love you, they stay with you.

Focusing on showing them love will help establish long-lasting relationships with customers, who are loyal to you, and will spread the word about your business. Customer retention and referrals are golden, make their care a priority.

Something that we have found helpful over the years is taking note of how our customers prefer communication; text, email, phone call, etc. This way, when we have a great sale or simply want to check in on how they’re doing — we like to meet them where they’re at. You will find people are so much more receptive when you communicate with them based on their preference.

Get Customers to Love You with these Tips

 

Listen and Care. Sounds simple enough, right? However, too often we get caught up in the hustle and bustle of life that the simplest things get lost. The key to customer loyalty is having customers feel heard. Whether it be there product preferences, their pain points or otherwise — listen to what they tell you, CARE, and deliver on your promises.

Get Social. Your customers are more than likely on social media (especially the ones connecting with you there) — engage with them. Show a little interest in their life and always thank them for showing an interest in yours. Social media has made it incredible simple for us as business owners to stay in touch — take advantage where you can.

Stay in Contact. Sharing with you customers about promotions, product sales, new places, and specials positions is a GREAT idea. With a loyalty system, emailing customers who’ve not visited for a while and providing some type of incentive to come back — anything that can demonstrate to them that they are valuable with get customers to love you time and time again.

Breathe Life into People

 

Know (or Create) your Mission Statement. People love things they feel connected to; movements, missions, causes, etc. As a brand, business owner and/or network marketer — what is your mission? Need help creating yours? Connect with us — we’d love to support you with that.

Over Deliver. Want to connect with and get your customers to love you? Under promise and over deliver. Depending of course on your business, include a sample of a new product in their order, share a discount coupon for future purchases, mail a greeting card, etc. Remember, over delivering doesn’t always have to be in the way of monetary things — over deliver in the way you care, use your voice and always keeping your word.
