Hey Everyone!

We hope you had an amazing holiday!

With Thanksgiving behind us, we’re continuing to be grateful for everything we have in our life and our business. So we’re going to share some cool tips on how to achieve amazing results in your business! We believe there’s a simple path to success, and sometimes, we make it more complicated than it needs to be. Sure, you have to put in the work—but a few simple steps can lead to great achievements. So let’s jump right in!

Recruiting With The Right Energy

First up, let’s talk about recruiting. It all starts with your energy. We always say, “Be the energy you want to attract.” If you’re positive and confident, you’ll attract great people. It’s all about having that solid vibe that draws others to you.

Remember, when you start something new, like a business, it’s normal to feel unsure. We’ve been there! But the key is to find your confidence. If your energy is good and you’re having great conversations about your business and products, you’ll see better results. It’s not just about trying to recruit people; it’s about building friendships and genuinely caring for others.

Building A Dream Team

Next, let’s dive into team building. This is where the magic happens! When you work with a team, you bring together people with hope. Your job is to transform that hope into belief. How? By showing them that the business works, helping them achieve their goals, and making sure they have fun along the way.

As a team leader, think of yourself more as a guide than a boss. It’s all about helping your team members take small steps to build their business. Turn their hope into belief by helping them achieve small wins, like getting a new customer or reaching a new rank.

Remember, team building isn’t just about signing someone up and then leaving them to figure it out. It’s about guiding them in the beginning and then helping them become independent. When you slow down to help people, you speed up their success. It’s about being there for your team and doing the work that others might not be willing to do. Then, cheer them on and inspire them to take action!

Being in the business for over 25 years has taught us that getting in the trenches with new team members is vital. It’s not just about signing someone up; it’s about guiding them, supporting them, and ensuring they start off on the right foot. Systems in business are helpful, but nothing beats the personal touch! When team members feel cared for and supported, especially when they’re new, they work harder and achieve more. We’ve seen time and time again!

Leading by Example

Now, let’s talk about leadership. Leadership might sound intimidating, but it’s really about taking action and keeping your word. It’s doing what you say you will do and showing your team that you’re right there with them, doing the work. This builds trust and a strong team, not just locally, but all around the world.

If you’re new to leadership and it feels scary, remember, it all starts with action. Even if you don’t have a team yet, prepare yourself by being a leader to yourself first. When you do get a team, you’ll be ready and confident because you’ve been practicing all along!

So those are our three steps to get radical results! Recruit with the right energy, build a dream team, and lead by example. Again, it’s not easy—but it is simple! We appreciate each and every one of you. Have a fantastic week, and stay tuned for more tips and insights.

Take care, and see you all soon!
