WHO ABOUT SARAH & TONY
Tony and Sarah Zolecki have literally grown up in Network Marketing. 28 years of amazing life lessons! They have had the opportunity to build their businesses when they were single, married and now they are doing it while raising two kids Hudson and Ava. They were always the big dreamers in their Midwest neighborhoods. They had a work ethic from an early age and a vision as big as you can throw it. Sarah was 21 and Tony was 19 when they were first introduced to Network Marketing. Sarah was going to college part time in Minneapolis and working as a nanny for a family in the NHL. Tony was also going to college part time in Milwaukee and working on his mom’s food truck “Tacos on Wheels”.
EARLY LIFE
Sarah’s introduction was through her now ex-boyfriend. Sarah was never on her boyfriend’s list as he thought she would never be excited about MLM. It took him four months to finally talk to her. She was a stubborn one though. She would either cancel or no-show on him. She did this three different times before finally showing up. Immediately she fell in love with the people! For the first time, she felt like she fit in somewhere. These people had big dreams just like her and she felt she could really be a difference maker to so many people.
The first company they were with gave them an incredible experience where they learned the skills needed in MLM. Unfortunately, that company had an owner that didn’t have integrity and ultimately that company went out of business because of bad decisions on the corporate end. They both went back into the corporate world where Sarah became a Corporate Recruiter and Tony was in Finance in the car business. They were still in love with MLM and joined their second company and built that for 8 years. They had success; but that company was not focused on being a home for customers and truly helping people build residual income.
CAREER
In 2013, they joined their current company. In their first 90 days, they enrolled 50 people. Within that year, they enrolled another 30. The second year, they enrolled 40. And the third year they enrolled 25. Out of those 145, 6 became what they call “rock stars” in their business.
The volume their team created after 90 days was $50,000 a month.
The first -year was $100,000 a month. The second year was $400,000 a month.
And the third year was $900,000 a month. The ten year was $10 million a month.
For them- the secret sauce for a company is customer acquisition. The first year, their team developed a retail customer base of 20,000 people. The second year was 40,000 customers. And their third year was 80,000 customers. In their 10th year, they now have a customer base of over 1.5 million with 2 billion in sales.
With the customer eccentric model of what they call Social Retail, they know they will impact hundreds of thousands on a global scale. Their vision over the next 5 years is a team of over 100,000 with team revenue of $30 million a month with 5 million customers.
Network Marketing to them holds the promise of possibility! What’s possible?! EVERYTHING!
