People don’t love sales people because they often feel that they will say anything to get them to buy a product. However, allowing them to see for themselves may very well spark their interest further and move them to into a position to buy. Many entrepreneurs, ourselves included, find that sampling programs can be especially effective or, even home parties if that’s your jam.
Additionally, allowing your warm market to try your product for themselves will prove to them that your product is worth purchasing. Think about it this way; you wouldn’t buy a brand new car without test-driving it first, right?!
Offer a Related Incentive to your Warm Market
We can’t think of a single person in the world that doesn’t like something free. So what can you offer your warm market to entice them to buy your product? Here are a few ideas we have found beneficial:
- A small discount (free shipping is always a nice touch)
- An E-book — related to your product or services
- A free how-to guide (again, keep it relatable)
- A free gift with purchase
- Complimentary strategy or consult calls
The incentive doesn’t have to be costly. But, if your prospect knows it is a limited or limited-time offer, it will certainly help to speed up their decision and convert them to sales faster.
Show Off your Existing Happy Customers and Clients
