Maybe you are the entrepreneur, network marketer or influencer that fills up your social media calendar months in advance. Or, maybe you are the one who posts great content for network marketers or customers on a whim.

Either way, you are going to need to have a steady source of incoming great content to pull from, right?

THIS BECOMES A CHALLENGE FOR MANY Network Marketers

We are seeing an increase in businesses jumping on the social media wagon every day. And, we’re seeing a massive increase in the quality of content being produced and shared.

Whether you create it yourself or share it from another source, your audience is expecting the content that is;

  1. Visually Stimulating
  2. Original or Unique
  3. Does not go down the spammy road trying to sell a product or service

… and so on.

One of the biggest struggles we’ve seen people experience regarding content is finding it and knowing what or who to even post about it. Well, guess what?

We are about to leave you with our favorite spots for curating great content and if you have any places you love to tap into for content, let us know in the comments!

GREAT CONTENT FOR Network Marketers

If your platform of choice is Facebook, do your best to avoid sharing the link in your post and consider adding it to the comments instead. The best way is to create your commentary on something you’ve read – and share the source/reference in the comments. If you are not using explicit content from any of the sources listed below, you can state ‘an article I read/came across, etc.’

You always want to make sure you stay 100% within copyright laws. But, of course, this goes with any content you discover on and offline. So, use these places for ideas, provoking thoughts, perspectives, and so on – but always give credit if or when credit is due.

EMAIL NEWSLETTERS

We look at our email inbox every day. But how often do we search it for great content? You make your interests known by signing up for newsletters, and your inbox delivers that content. In addition, newsletters are often filled with hand-picked topics and links of interest. So, instead of just trashing the newsletters that come in, check them out for great content you can repurpose.

POCKET

Pocket is a multi-dimensional great content finder. First, you can use the app like we’ve all become accustomed to. Save the articles you find online to read later, scroll – save, repeat. Pocket will even notify you of what stories are popular and trending inside the app. How helpful is that? Especially if you like to post topics currently happening in the media.

TWITTER

Many Twitter users rely on lists to make sense of their vast stream of tweets. Lists are an ideal, minimal way to focus on a smaller number of voices— which means you don’t end up seeing replies or retweets — overall, a cleaner feed. A common practice is to set up a list around a topic (example: wellness, entrepreneurship) or a group of people (example: influencers, athletes).

Find the niche topics fast with snippets to get you started.

PINTEREST

Pinterest is not just a rabbit hole of recipes, interior design ideas, and DIY crafts. However, those do make great ideas for content (if that’s your niche!). You will find a little bit of everything on this site, from photos and memes to how-tos and instructional guides and posts. So head on up to the search bar and get lost in the world of great visual content.

Follow a board that you grab great ideas from – this way, you can visit them quickly at a later date.

REDDIT

If you’ve never visited Reddit, what you need to know is that it’s a massive website with millions of users submitting;

  • photos
  • discussions
  • links
  • videos
  • text

… and all other types of online content.

Learning how to navigate the subreddits can be overwhelming at first, but once you figure it out, you’ll hit the great content gold mine—looking at great content for entrepreneurs to chat about? This is a powerful website.

QUORA

Q&A anyone? Quora is a question-and-answer website where questions are asked, answered, edited, and organized by its community of users in the form of opinions. The users can collaborate by editing questions and suggesting edits to answers that other users have submitted. And Quora will also send you content to your inbox daily based on the items you clicked upon on your last visit. Sort of like a friendly content reminder.

USER-GENERATED CONTENT

User-generated content (UGR) is a source of insight (your audience) and content ideas. For example, reviews and feedback on your products, comments and messages on your Facebook page, and emails with comments and suggestions regarding your business — are all full of great content. When you tap into user-generated content, your audience feels answered and heard.

Overall, the more you tap into these sources regularly and find which ones suit you best – the easier it becomes. Think about it, using just this list alone … will turn on seven faucets of great content for entrepreneurs (you!) in the amount of time it takes you to visit their website. Now that is some good stuff!
